2. Products & Availability
We aim to display product colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.
Because products may appear differently across devices, colours and images may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
StreetKingz reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraud is suspected
- Product availability changes
- Pricing errors occur
If payment has already been taken, a refund will be issued.
5. Pre-Orders
Some StreetKingz products may be sold as pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order:
- You understand production begins after ordering
- Delivery dates are estimated
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started except where required under Australian Consumer Law
6. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
StreetKingz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Customs
- Weather events
- Events outside our control
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property

- Logos
- Designs
- Branding
- Images
- Product concepts
remain the property of StreetKingz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
StreetKingz is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or products purchased.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount paid.
This does not affect rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
