If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Pre-Orders
Many StreetKingz drops are released as pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order item:
- You acknowledge production begins after ordering
- Delivery timeframes are estimates
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started unless required by Australian Consumer Law
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
